Chris Greco

Chris is a seasoned Investment Real Estate Broker with over 38 years of experience, specializing in commercial and multifamily properties. Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, Chris began assisting investors in real estate acquisitions at just 19 years old. Since then, he has built an impressive career, earning recognition for his expertise and leadership in the industry.

Chris has served as the Executive Vice President of the National Apartment Owners Association and was inducted into the Exchangers Hall of Fame in 1997. As a distinguished member of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR), he has been consistently recognized for the Largest Sales Award, securing multi-million-dollar transactions in Upstate New York for four of the past eight years.

In addition to his brokerage work, Chris is a Certified Exchange Advisor specializing in 1031 Exchanges. In 2005, he obtained his Real Estate Broker’s License in Florida, where he assists Northeastern and Midwestern clients in acquiring secondary vacation properties. Beyond representing investors, he has also participated in real estate ownership himself, bringing firsthand experience and insight to his clients.
